im going to get my hair weaved in the next couple of days and i was wondering, on average how many packs of hair to buy?

human or synthetic hair?

how long will it last?

what is the best brand of hair for the least amount of money?

should i relax my hair before hand or just straight - blow dry it

On average 2 packs will do (unless you have a big head)

human or synthetic hair?

ALWAYS use human hair (synthetic hair does not last long)

how long will it last?

If taken care of 6 weeks

Go to hairsisters.com (I use MilkyWay and Outre most of the time)

No! Wash %26amp; Conditon it, and let it air dry. When you get to the salon they are going to braid all of your real hair up. If you want a partial weave: they will relax the tiny portion of your real hair that's left out. Or if you get a full weave: all your real hair will be braided up underneath.

Ask your hair stylist first. I would go with human and if you are getting your hair braided, no do not perm it. If you are getting it sewn in, you can perm it for a more real and silky look.

Human hair looks more real and it will last longer if it is in sewn in (it will last for 3 months wil professional care). I like Zuri or Milky Way (it is the best). Do not perm your hair because it will cause more breakage and it is important to maintain healthy hair so (plus unrelaxed hair is better to braid so let hair air dry and get it braided just like that) take good care of it with good products like Aphogee for Relaxed Hair, Panteene Pro-V Conditioner, and Essential Oils like (Aloe Vera or Rosemary on hair not sew in) as a moisturizer but check out this website.
