My friend wants to get clip-in hair instructions?

For her birthday, I want to get her some hair extensions.

I need to know which colors would go best with her hair. And i don't want any boring colors, like blonde, brown, etc. I want like other colors, that arent natural. And maybe designs would be nice [stripes, leopard prints, etc]

Where can I get some good ones [human-hair] and non-expensive? And which would go best with her?

pink or light blue maybe. i'd go to sally's beauty supply if they don't have crazy colors you could get a normal color bleach it and make them whatever color/ pattern you want.
