What should my story character look like?

Hey!

I'm writing a story with my friend and I kind of blanked out when it came to what the character will look like. So Could you PLEASE give me some of your ideas on how you think she should look.

She is female, around 15-17 years old and she is a mutant... looooooong story.

She can look like a normal human or whatever. Tell me what you think she should look like, like hair, eyes, skin, even if you want you can add things like "wings" or "gills" or something.

What should my story character look like?

She's a mix of western/asian look. With sharp enigmatic eyes. Her dark red lips emphasized with her fair porcelain skin. Long jet-black straight hair fluidly sways like velvet with every step she takes. She moves with demon-like speed but never makes a sound. She's modern ninja-spy mutant!
