Wat insect is this? with tail?

i saw an insect in my bathroom just now.

it's like a big ant with wings and can fly. but the most outstanding thing abt it is that, it has a tail. well not tail. but sth sticking out. like a human hair but it's not human hair. i swear!

coz i tried holding it with my hands and it doesn't drop off. plus, it can erect too. it's around 3 to 5cm long and it's black.

it's butt has yellow stripes.
