its not human hair and my ends are really brittle and nappy. What can i do to improve my ends?? plzz....help!!!

ok, next time get human hair, it'll make your life easier, lol. For now all I can suggest is to trim the ends. Non human hair doesn't respond to conditioner and will melt with thermal tools.
